Sealed Records
Returns of new records are only accepted if still in wrapper, and contain no damages.
Used Records
Used records may be returned in the same condition they were bought. Otherwise may be rejected or down priced.
SALES ITEMS
We don't offer refunds or exchanges on items sold on sale.
EXCHANGES
To apply for an exchange in records bought through the site or otherwise, you can email us at info@bohemiaartcafe.com with more details.
SHIPPING
Ordered are shipped the day after the order is filed. Deliveries in the KSA are usually fulfilled on the next day. In other cases, orders are delivered within 2 to 6 business days.
